Parents Evening

 

Parents’ Evenings at Northallerton School & Sixth Form College are scheduled to support meaningful dialogue between home and school, ensuring every student receives the guidance they need to thrive. 

Timing and Structure 

Parents’ Evenings are strategically placed throughout the academic year to align with key educational milestones such as mocks, options processes and exam entries. Specific dates are communicated to parents via the school calendar and SchoolCloud booking system. Please refer to the Term Dates page for general scheduling.

Additional Support for Exam Year Groups 

  • Years 11 and 13 benefit from additional targeted evenings following key assessments. 

  • Year 11 students may be offered supplementary appointments with subject teachers and pastoral staff to support revision and progress. 

Online Booking System 

All appointments are booked via the SchoolCloud system, which allows parents and carers to: 

  • Choose appointment times with individual teachers. 

  • Receive email confirmations and reminders. 

  • Access the system from any device.
