Reception

Our professional and friendly reception staff are here to warmly welcome you and assist with any queries about everyday life at Northallerton School.

Opening Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:15am – 4:15pm

Outside of these hours, you are welcome to leave a message on our answering machine, and we will respond at the earliest opportunity.

While the school remains open to handle general enquiries, meetings with individual staff members must be arranged in advance. Due to the busy nature of school life, we cannot guarantee that staff will be available without a prior appointment.

Appointments

If students need to leave school during the day for appointments, they must sign out at reception before leaving the premises. Students will only be permitted to leave with prior permission from a parent or carer. If we have not received notification via email or telephone, the school will contact parents/carers to confirm the appointment.

For students arriving late or returning to school following an appointment, it is essential that they sign in at reception upon their arrival.
